These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dinkd: Pickleball Tracker ("Dinkd", "app", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Dinkd, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You may use Dinkd only if you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement under applicable law. If you are using Dinkd on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Dinkd for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store terms and these Terms.

Dinkd is licensed, not sold, to you.

App Features

Dinkd is a pickleball match logging and statistics app. Features may include:

• Recording singles and doubles matches
• Viewing match history and calculated stats
• Sharing match summaries or images
• Apple Watch companion functionality
• Unlocking Pro features through a one-time in-app purchase

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

User Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into Dinkd, including player names, match notes, scores, and shared content.

You agree not to:
